Retail/Restaurants

Our retail projects consist of highly detailed, timeline focused construction in order to maintain the strict deadlines that retail establishments must meet. In retail, time is money, therefore we maintain a construction schedule to mitigate the store closure and ensure that the re-opening happens as fast as possible. On the restaurant end, we continually send our construction professionals to national trade shows staying up to date on the latest trends and tech. Our restaurant build-outs have included fine dining, pubs, carry-out and cafes.

Office

At Fettner, we pride ourselves on transforming a dated, stale office into a fully functional technologically advanced workspace. We have built the national headquarters for many Chicagoland companies, including the national headquarters of Imbibe, Inc., a global beverage innovation company. Fettner was the exclusive builder for the Westfield Old Orchard shopping center, responsible for many medical tenant build-outs at their multi-story Professional Building. When building offices, it’s important to always stay on task and on time, always building with the urgency that the hard deadline is indeed the hard deadline.

Multi-Family

Fettner Construction takes the same approach with our multi-family that we do with all of our high-end residential projects. We utilize our land-use and zoning experience to help navigate the different zoning laws and municipal approvals necessary for multi-family development of apartment buildings, multi-story condominium projects, and townhouse developments.
