The 120 year old Christian Science Church was in horrid conditions when our customer took possession of it. We were met with peeling ceilings, structural damage, asbestos and a family of raccoons. The project was completed eighteen months later and while the property was transformed into a cozy Tuscan Villa complete with an indoor swimming pool and movie theater, we were also able to retain it’s historical designation.
